Our move-in process is simple and supportive to help participants transition smoothly

Step 1. Referral

Participants may apply directly or be referred by a caseworker, agency, or community provider.

Step 2. Screening & Approval

We conduct a brief intake to ensure the placement is appropriate and safe for all parties.

Step 3: Program Fee & Start Date

A move-in date is scheduled once the program fee is arranged through:

  • Participant Self-Pay

  • Agency Funding

  • Caseworker Approval

Step 4. Orientation

  • A tour of the home

  • Review of program rules

  • Assignment of room

  • Information regarding expectations and support

Step 5. Welcome Home

  • Participants can unpack, settle in, and begin their path towards stability and independence
