  • Rooms are assigned based on availability, compatibility with current residents, and completion of the occupancy intake process. Two residents may share a room depending on capacity.

  • House rules are part of the occupancy agreement and include:

    • Safety and security procedures

    Breaking rules may result in termination of occupancy.
