Rooms are assigned based on availability, compatibility with current residents, and completion of the occupancy intake process. Two residents may share a room depending on capacity.

Room fees are based on current market rates and may vary depending on the room and shared arrangements. Fees are typically between $1,600 – $1,800 per month per resident.
