SafeSteps Independent Living provides transitional shared housing for individuals working towards stability and independence. We understand the challenges that come with rebuilding the challenges that come with rebuilding your life, and our program is designed to remove housing barriers that often stand in the way. Participants enjoy furnished rooms, clear house guidelines and an encouraging environment where they can focus on personal goals. While we are not a treatment facility we partner closely with agencies and caseworkers to ensure participants receive the external support they need.

  1. Paid monthly or through agency referrals

  2. No security deposit/long-term lease

  3. No hidden charges

  4. Program fee must be paid on time to maintain placement

Rooms Starting From $1200/per month

(in shared room setting)

SafeSteps Independent Living provides all-inclusive transitional housing.

Our program fee covers:

  • Fully furnished rooms

  • Utilities (heat, electricity, water, Wi-Fi)

  • Safe and clean housing environment

  • Household Supplies

  • Maintenance and Property Upkeep

  • Supervision and Structure

  • 24 HR Surveillance

  • Coordination with caseworkers/agencies
